Return Policy – Huff N Puff
We strive to make returns easy and fair while maintaining hygiene and compliance standards.
1. Eligibility for Returns
•
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
•
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
•
Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
•
Opened or used e-liquids, pods, coils, or disposable vapes.
•
Clearance or sale items.
•
Items damaged through misuse or neglect.
3. Return Process
•
Contact returns@huffnpuff.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
•
Once approved, ship to: Huff N Puff, 245 Elles Road, Invercargill 9812, New Zealand.
•
We recommend tracked postage.
4. Return Costs
•
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refunds or Replacements
•
Once inspected, approved returns will result in a replacement, store credit, or refund.
6. Breach of Policy If you believe this policy has been breached, please email compliance@huffnpuff.co.nz.

Refund Policy – Huff N Puff
Huff N Puff is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that occasionally things don’t go as planned, and we aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only for faulty, defective, or damaged items.
•
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all refund claims.
•
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
•
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, pods, or disposable vapes cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
2. Faulty or Damaged Products
•
If a product is faulty on arrival, please contact support@huffnpuff.co.nz with your order number, photos, or a short video of the issue.
•
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
•
Opened or used e-liquids, pods, or disposables.
•
Sale or clearance items.
•
Products damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
4. Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.
