Delivery Policy – Huff N Puff
Huff N Puff provides secure, age-restricted delivery across New Zealand to ensure compliance with the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act.
1. Delivery Area & Timeframes
•
We deliver nationwide.
•
Orders are dispatched from Invercargill within 1–2 business days.
•
Most parcels arrive within 1–3 business days, though rural deliveries may take longer.
•
Local Invercargill orders may qualify for same-day drop-off delivery, depending on the time the order is placed. While we aim to deliver local orders the same day, please note that late-day orders may be delivered the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
•
Standard tracked delivery: $5.00 NZD.
•
Free shipping on orders over $50 NZD.
3. Age Verification (R18)
•
All deliveries require the recipient to be 18 years or older.
•
Couriers are legally required to verify age via photo ID (Driver’s Licence, Passport, or Kiwi Access Card).
•
Orders will not be released if ID cannot be produced or if the recipient is underage.
4. Order Processing
•
Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
•
Orders placed after that time or on weekends/public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
•
Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
•
Any delivery issues must be reported within 7 days of the expected arrival date so we can investigate promptly.
